5-Day Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Serengeti Safari

Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, Tarangire offers a spectacular safari experience. Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting game drive, where you may spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and an array of bird species. A hot lunch will be served at a designated picnic site before continuing with an afternoon game drive. In the evening, you will proceed to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at Marera Valley Lodge.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, depart at 06:30 AM for Serengeti National Park, a drive of approximately two hours. Upon arrival in the Central Serengeti, begin your thrilling game drive across the vast plains, home to the world-famous Great Migration and an abundance of predators. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive into the evening. Later, head to Serengeti Heritage Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Following breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Central Serengeti, exploring different zones from the previous day. This region is known for its high predator concentration, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. A delicious picnic lunch will be served at a scenic location before resuming your afternoon game drive. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Camp.

On your last full day in Serengeti, continue exploring the park to maximize your wildlife sightings. This day offers another opportunity to spot the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as other fascinating wildlife. After an incredible game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park. Later in the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Camp.

Depart early in the morning from Serengeti and travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Africa’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Descend into the crater for an unforgettable game drive, where you will encounter a dense concentration of wildlife, including hippos, flamingos, and black rhinos. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch in the crater before celebrating the conclusion of your safari with a champagne toast and music. In the early evening, return to Arusha, marking the end of your incredible safari adventure.
